How you can help
A few quick tips to raise awareness

You could host a quiz night, charity walk, coffee morning, school assembly, or workplace wellbeing day. We can provide you with branded materials, banners, and resources to help make your event a success.

Get your workplace involved
Businesses play a vital role in spreading awareness and supporting staff wellbeing. Invite one of our speakers to deliver a talk, or explore our Corporate Sponsorship and Training opportunities to help your teams recognise and respond to mental health challenges.
Your involvement not only supports the charity but helps embed mental health awareness within your workplace culture.
Why it matters
Every leaflet printed, every conversation started, and every event held helps someone feel less alone. Awareness is the first step toward prevention and together, we can create communities where it’s okay to talk, to listen, and to ask for help.
Spreading the word
Critical to what we do is spreading the word of our events to make the most of attendance and donations. We appreciate anything you can do to help spread what we are doing.
Volunteering
We have a wide programme of fundraising events, if you’d like to help out on the day or with some organisation, that would be great. Just email us your details In addition the main charity is always looking for volunteers, check out their website for further details
