All chats are monitored by experienced supervisors. Our team also receives internal mental
health support.

Kelly’s Heroes was created in memory of Kelly Hewitt to support mental health awareness and
suicide prevention.

Yes absolutely! You can either take part in one of our organized events or organize your own, we
will fully support all your efforts.

No. We provide support but are not a crisis line. Please contact emergency services or a 24/7
helpline in a crisis.

Yes. Many services, including Listening Ear, are free. We also offer affordable counselling.

Services are available for ages 13+. For younger users, we recommend Childline.
