Whats your superpower?

Being a hero isn’t about wearing a cape… it’s about making a difference when it matters most. Our heroes are the people who stand beside us in our mission to raise awareness of mental health, offer hope, and help prevent suicide. They are the lifeblood of everything we do.

A hero might take on a personal challenge to raise vital funds, from running marathons to climbing mountains, or they might simply pop a few coins into a collection bucket. They might volunteer their time and skills, lending a hand at events, helping with our campaigns, or offering support behind the scenes. Sometimes being a hero is as simple, and as powerful as sharing our message, starting conversations, and making sure more people know that help is out there.

Every act of kindness, every pound raised, every hour given, and every conversation started brings us closer to a world where no one feels alone in their darkest moments.
