…We’re here to Listen, Support and Save Lives
At Kelly’s Heroes, we believe no one should ever face mental health struggles alone.
We’re a Northamptonshire-based charity built on love, loss, and a powerful mission… to bring hope, understanding and timely support to anyone affected by poor mental health.
Founded in 2019 in memory of Kelly Francesca Hewitt, our charity was created by those who loved her and wanted to make a lasting difference. Losing Kelly to suicide at just 24 changed our lives forever and inspired a mission to change things for others.
We do what we do because no one should feel alone, unseen or unsupported when they’re struggling. Kelly’s story reminds us every day how vital it is to reach people early, to listen without judgment, and to create a world where talking about mental health feels natural, not daunting.
Every conversation we have, every training course we deliver, and every person we support is part of that promise, to turn loss into hope, and heartbreak into help.
Every week more than 125 lives are lost to suicide in the UK. We are working to reduce that number.

through Holistic support
At Kelly’s Heroes, we take a whole-person approach to mental health.
Our holistic support looks beyond symptoms to understand the individual — their experiences, environment, and emotional needs.
Through a blend of emotional support, counselling interventions, and peer-led activities, we help people rediscover balance, connection, and hope at their own pace.
Because every story is unique, our support is always flexible, compassionate, and centred around you.
We're always here
